Micro heat desiccant air dryers are designed for efficient moisture removal from compressed air through pressure swing adsorption (PSA) combined with micro-heated regeneration. This compressed air drying system integrates the advantages of both heatless and heated regeneration, utilizing low-level heating for regeneration air reduces purge air consumption, enhances regeneration effectiveness, and extends the tower switching cycle. Under standard operating conditions, these dryers achieve pressure dew points as low as -40°C, with the capability to reach -70°C for critical applications.
Ideal for industries requiring high-purity, oil-free, and moisture-free compressed air, especially suitable for cold climates such as northern regions and environments where ambient temperatures fall below 0°C.
The system operates with a twin-tower configuration where one tower adsorbs moisture from compressed air under pressure. Simultaneously, a portion of dried compressed air is used for regeneration, with micro-heating applied to enhance efficiency while maintaining low energy consumption. Towers alternate automatically after a set cycle, ensuring a continuous supply of dry air.
The air-cooled refrigerated air dryers can be optionally equipped with IoT components, enabling remote monitoring of the dryer via smartphones or other connected display terminals. This allows users to access real-time performance data and manage operations efficiently and conveniently.
